Directly from you: name, email address, billing address, and any information you provide in forms, intake questionnaires, or program applications.
Automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and session data collected when you visit our site. Email engagement data (opens, clicks) collected through our email platform. Course progress data for enrolled students.
From third parties: transaction confirmation from our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal) and ad interaction data from Meta if you clicked one of our ads before visiting our site.
2. How We Use Your Information
• Deliver courses, programs, and digital products you have purchased
• Send transactional emails: receipts, access credentials, and program updates
• Send marketing emails to subscribers who have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Run retargeting ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited our site
• Analyze site and email performance to improve our content
• Maintain transaction records as required by US and California tax law

3. Third-Party Platforms
We share data only with the platforms below, each of which receives only what is necessary to do their job.
Stripe and PayPal: process payments. They receive your billing name, billing address, and payment details. We do not store your card number.
GoHighLevel: our all-in-one platform for email marketing, course delivery, contact management, and site analytics. GoHighLevel receives your name, email address, form responses, course progress, and site behavioral data. They act as a data processor on our behalf and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
Meta Platforms: receive data via the Meta Pixel installed on our site, including pages visited and actions taken. This is used to measure ad performance and enable retargeting. EU and UK visitors are only tracked after providing cookie consent.
All platforms are contractually prohibited from selling your data.
4. Cookies
Our site uses cookies for session management, analytics, and ad retargeting. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings or, for EU and UK visitors, through our cookie consent banner. Disabling session cookies may affect your ability to access course materials.
5. Data Retention
Transaction records: retained for a minimum of seven years per IRS and California requirements.
Email subscriber data: retained while you remain subscribed; removed from active lists within 10 business days of unsubscribing.
Course and program data: retained for the duration of your access period plus up to 12 months.
Support communications: retained for two years from last contact.
