1. What We Offer
Family Legacy Lab LLC provides digital education products and programs, including online courses, cohort programs, conversation guides, worksheets, templates, and related materials. Our products are designed to help families build organizational systems and prepare for difficult conversations before a crisis forces them.
All products are delivered digitally. Nothing we sell constitutes legal, financial, therapeutic, or professional advice of any kind. See Section 6 for our full disclaimer.
2. Purchases and Payment
Prices: All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. The price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you will be charged.
Payment processors: Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of the payment processor you select.
Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive access credentials or a download link by email. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, contact us at [email protected].
Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. We will collect sales tax where required by law.
3. Refund Policy
Because our products are delivered digitally and provide immediate access to content, all sales are final unless stated otherwise on the specific product page at the time of purchase.
We offer refunds in the following circumstances only:
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase
• You did not receive access to the product and we were unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days of your contacting us
• The specific product page at the time of purchase stated a refund window (for example, a beta cohort with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee)
To request a refund under one of these circumstances, email [email protected] within the applicable window with your order details. We will process eligible refunds within 10 business days.
Refunds are not available because you changed your mind, did not complete the program, or found the content did not meet expectations not described in our materials.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on www.famlegacylab.com and within our products, including frameworks, curriculum, templates, conversation guides, worksheets, written materials, graphics, and course videos, is owned by Family Legacy Lab LLC and protected by US copyright law.
When you purchase a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own personal and family use. This license does not permit you to:
• Share, distribute, resell, or gift the materials to others
• Reproduce or publish any portion of our content online or in print
• Use our frameworks, curriculum, or materials in your own coaching, consulting, or educational business
• Remove any copyright or attribution notices from our materials

5. User Conduct
By using our site and programs, you agree not to:
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

• Impersonate Family Legacy Lab LLC or its owner
We reserve the right to remove you from any program and revoke access without refund if you violate these conduct standards.

The content, tools, frameworks, and resources provided by Family Legacy Lab LLC are for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this website, in our programs, or in our digital products constitutes legal, financial, tax, therapeutic, or professional advice of any kind.
No therapist-client, financial advisor-client, estate attorney-client, eldercare coordinator-client, or social worker-client relationship is created by using this website, purchasing any product, enrolling in any program, or interacting with Family Legacy Lab LLC in any capacity.
