Welcome to the Lab!

Stop carrying the household in your head.

Start leading it with a system

the whole family can see.

You're not absent. You're carrying too much to be present.

You're running the most complex organization of your life

without the tools every functional team gets. That ends here.

Find out exactly what's breaking down and where to start.

You're not absent.

You're carrying too much to be present.

Without a system, here is what keeps happening:

'In the Room, But Absent'

Feeling present but emotionally disengaged. You're at the dinner table but replaying tomorrow's meeting. You showed up. But you weren't really there.

Sunday Dread

Instead of recharging, Sunday becomes a low-grade anxiety spiral. You're exhausted before you even start the week. Don't ignore it that feeling compounds.

Decision Fatigue

Reactive weeks lead to burnout. You're constantly firefighting instead of building a foundation that feels intentional.

Building a Life you Can't Live

You're working hard for a family, a career, a life — but the chaos means you're too depleted to actually live it.

The mental load doesn't exhaust you.

It slowly takes you out of the life you're working so hard to build.

The Lab is for you if you are:

  • The Program Manager of the Home — Your mental load never turns off and you feel like you're slipping. We give you the tools, frameworks, and language to lead your family the way you lead everything else: with intention.

  • The Sandwich Generation — You're raising kids and caring for aging parents at the same time. We help you build the operating systems — and have the courageous conversations — that hold it all together without burning you out.

  • The Visionary Young Family — You want to design a strong foundation before life gets complicated. We help you align on values and build the rhythms that protect your legacy from day one.

Ready to find out what's actually breaking down?

This isn't a parenting guide.

It isn't a productivity app.

It isn't a therapy substitute.

It's an operating system — built with the same rigor I'd bring to any high-stakes product launch, designed for the most imporant organization you will ever lead: your family.

The Sunday Blueprint is a 3-sprint method.

Sprint 01 builds the weekly rhythm that distributes the mental load.

Sprints 02 and 03 build the family identity and legacy conversations on top of it. You start where you are. You build what your family actually needs.

This sounds great, but...

I don't have time to design a new system.

The habits running your household right now were either designed or inherited. Sprint 01 takes about an hour a week over four weeks to replace the ones that aren't working. You are not adding to your plate. You are redesigning it.

My partner won't be on board.

The Partner Alignment Script gives you a low-friction way to open the conversation — and makes it easy for your partner to say yes to the system, not just the idea. You don't need their buy-in to start. You need yours.

I've tried planners and apps before. They didn't stick.

Most tools are reactive. The Sunday Blueprint is a method you build around how your family thinks, communicates, and functions. It evolves with you, and through life's most complex seasons.

I need more than a workbook.

Do you offer Done-with-You support?

The Sunday Blueprint Intensive is 75 minutes live with me. We run a deep Thorn Audit on the friction that won't move — and design the fix together.

Hi, I'm Lorelei.

I've been the Project Manager of the Home my whole adult life.

I just didn't have the tools for it.

For 15 years, I worked across project, program, and product management — running sprints, building Kanban boards, holding stand-ups, and using Design Thinking to solve complex problems for real organizations.

When I was 20, my junior year at UCLA, my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer. She went through chemo, radiation, and reconstructive surgery. My parents protected us from the hardest decisions while I was still in school. She went into remission. We exhaled.

Then it came back, more aggressive. Metastatic. I was 24 — done with school, my siblings finishing theirs. So I stepped in. I learned how to navigate patient care, insurance claims, hospice, and the decisions nobody prepares you to make — in real time, under grief, without a map.

That experience is why this work exists.

When I became a mother and built a home of my own, I did what I have always done: I designed a system. I mapped the mental load, ran retrospectives on what wasn't working, and built rhythms that made space for conversations that actually matter — the ones about values, legacy, and what we want to pass on.

Family Legacy Lab is what I wish had existed when I needed it most.

If you've been running this household without a system long enough — you're in the right place.

—Lorelei, Founder, Family Legacy Lab

Your family already has a system.

You just didn't design it.

Chaos did.

Let's build one that actually works for you.
